LIGHT ROAST: OUR STOCKHOLM IS ROASTED LIGHT, JUST LIKE NEARLY ALL SPECIALTY COFFEES THROUGHOUT SCANDINAVIA. WE TAKE THE ROAST TO THE END OF THE FIRST CRACK, THEN DROP THE ROAST IMMEDIATELY. THIS ALLOWS US TO BRING OUT THE BRIGHT FRUIT NOTES OF THE ETHIOPIAN BEANS.

WE PRECISELY CONTROL OUR ROAST USING A LORING S35 KESTREL ROASTER, ONE OF THE MOST EFFICIENT MODERN ROASTERS WITH THE LOWEST CARBON FOOTPRINT.

FLAVOR PROFILE:

OUR STOCKHOLM ROAST IS LIGHT ROASTED BUT BURSTING WITH FLAVORS OF VANILLA, BLUEBERRY, AND VIOLET IN THE CUP. THE ACIDITY IS PRONOUNCED BUT BALANCED.

Nice, but too weak for me

Hejsan - I had the pleasure of enjoying a Fika break and this cup of coffee. Though a bit too weak for my palette, is has wonderful notes of chocolate. I tried to add some milk as suggested on the packaging, but it made it a bit weaker, then I experimented with some of the Istanbul beans I had and some Stockholm beans and grinded the two together. NOW we are talking a totally different experience worth mentioning :).
