Shipping policy

Today we ship only to US addresses, but we may start shipping to other countries like Canada, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, and other countries. If you're in one of these countries and would love to try our coffee, please contact us here.

Our coffee is roasted at least 3 days a week to ensure the highest quality coffee beans for our coffee-loving fans. Depending on your order time, most coffee orders ship within 1 to 3 days of receiving your order.

Please keep in mind that we are a small-batch, premium coffee company, and we love to deliver the freshest coffee possible to your doorstep. This means that once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving the order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped out, the delivery process you selected with your shipping options will begin. We ship mainly by US First Class mail, but also offer Priority Mail.
